I really enjoyed my rest day today. I visited Temple Square where I learned about the history and beliefs of the Mormons and Latter-Day Saints. I also walked around Salt Lake City to see what it had to offer (quick summary: amazingly clean and very beautiful), and even got a chance to see John Stockton and Karl Malone (sort of).
Once again, I will let my pictures from the day do the talking. After all, it is my rest day -- why should I exert any effort by writing?

ReplyDeleteKeep that in mind as you forge ahead. Travel safe. Enjoy every inch. Love, D
I didn't know your dad accomplished this feat. I thought he spent his time at Chinese buffets in eating contests. Hey, you learn something every day. John, I'm proud of you to take on such a challenge. It's an indication of your appetite to take on big challenges in your future career. I don't have to wish you the best because doing your best is a reality.
ReplyDeleteThank God you look like your mother because your dad is so ugly
John - take care of Larry for me - he's my raquetball buddy & a great man ( as you probably have already found out). I'm following your blog. Continue to have a safe trip. I will be sending a contribution to the cancer society in your name. Please be careful, say hello to Larry for me and may God watch over you.
